Q:Can you offer quality test reports covering the past 12 months?
A:To protect commercial data,we typically don't provide complete historical reports.However,we can provide recent test reports from the same batch and invite you to inspect our factory.
Q:Will the mold release agent on tile back affect the installation?
A:The mold release agent can be easily removed with a normal wipe or by soaking in water.It won't negatively affect the installation bond.
Q:What's the suggested amount of spare tiles to prepare?
A:For interior floor installation,we suggest preparing the amount that 3-5% of total project area.
