The raw materials are crushed, ball milled and other processes to form a uniform slurry, laying the foundation for subsequent molding.

The molding process determines the basic shape of the brick body. Common molding methods include pressing molding and grouting molding. Pressing molding presses the slurry into the mold under high pressure, which is suitable for large-scale production, with high efficiency and high product density; grouting molding is suitable for special-shaped bricks or artistic bricks, and the slurry is absorbed by the gypsum mold to form a shape. The formed brick blank needs to be dried to remove excess moisture and prevent cracking during subsequent firing.

Glazing and decoration are key steps to improve the beauty of bathroom tiles. Glazes are usually made from raw materials such as quartz, feldspar, zinc oxide, etc., and are applied to the surface of the bricks by spraying, pouring or screen printing. Some high-end products also use digital inkjet printing technology to achieve complex patterns and color effects.

Firing process is the core link of bathroom tile production. The bricks are sintered at 1000℃ to 1200℃ in a high-temperature tunnel kiln to fully melt the minerals and form a dense porcelain structure. The firing time is usually several hours, and temperature control directly affects the hardness, water absorption and anti-fouling properties of the brick body.

Quality inspection and packaging are the last step of production. The finished product needs to go through multiple processes such as size measurement, water absorption test, flexural strength test, etc. to ensure that it meets international standards. After packaging, qualified products can enter the global market to meet the construction needs of different countries and regions.

The production process of bathroom tiles reflects the combination of technology and art. Every step from raw materials to finished products is crucial. With the increasing requirements for environmental protection, future production processes will pay more attention to energy conservation and emission reduction to promote the sustainable development of the industry.
