Product R&D and Design
We continuously develop different tile styles based on global market trends and customer needs.
Take our Micro Cement series as an example. We focus on gloss control and tactile feel. We use the special matte glaze to create a subtle smooth and soft surface.That makes this tile product quite fit the healing and calm atmosphere.
For our Stone and Sandstone series, we use multi channel high definition inkjet printers to accurately replicate the texture and color variations of natural stone. Each design comes with multiple unique patterns to reduce repetition in large area installation.
The Wood series is our answer to combining natural aesthetics with porcelain performance. We study different wood tones and grain structures, then use digital printing and mold texture to create realistic wood like surfaces. The tiles keep low water absorption and high wear resistance, making them suitable for underfloor heating and high traffic commercial areas.
During R&D, we strictly test each performance parameter, including water absorption, breaking strength, slip resistance, and chemical resistance. All new products go through small batch production and long term simulation tests before launch. We only release fully validated products to the market, so every buyer can trust our quality.
